Should you wish return an item Dakota International Trading has a 14 day return policy. Returns of non-defective product are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. An RMA number must be requested within (14) days of the date of delivery, anytime after (14) days the customer should contact the applicable warranty provider. If you are not eligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty that may apply to the item. See the manufacturer contact list at the bottom of the page. Returned product must be complete, in original boxes with accessories including manufacturer documentation provided at time of purchase. Except as provided for defective products, you are responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Software may be returned only if the factory seal remains intact. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is the result of our error (you received and incorrect or defective item). Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days from date we received the returned item. Ship the item(s) being returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer suitable for re-shipment back to us please pack in comparable packaging and packing material. Ship the package insured and be sure to keep carrier tracking information for reference. Damaged Products If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please refuse the product upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted, be sure to note the damage on the carrier delivery receipt. Please save the item and the original packaging and notify Dakota International Trading immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection with the 10 days of receipt. Warranty Unless stated otherwise, Dakota International Trading covers all items for a warranty period of 30 days from the original invoice date. After 30 days, customers must contact the manufacturer to check for additional warranty coverage. Dakota International Trading will not issue refunds after 14 days. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. At Dakota International Trading’s discretion, during the warranty period Dakota will repair or replace any equipment found to be defective or Dakota will issue credit. The warranty does not cover damage to the equipment or operating system as a result of misuse or other end user installed software. Seller will make every effort to complete shipment of the goods described herein, but in no event shall seller be liable for any loss or damage, or for any delay in delivery to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to fire, acts of god, public enemy, or acts of governmental bodies or agencies. Dakota International Trading makes no warranty – express or implied – as to the merchantability of any product or its fitness for a particular application. We cannot be held responsible for financial loss or damage to equipment arising from the use or inability to use a particular product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from breech of warranty or any other legal theory even if Dakota International Trading or one of its associates has been notified of such possibility.
